WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Iran's new solid-fuel ballistic missile was meant to
target strategic facilities and areas in Israel, a report said.
The Institute for the Study of War said Iran's Sejil missile marked a
significant technological improvement over the rest of Teheran's arsenal.
The Washington-based institute said Sejil was powered by solid-fuel and far
more accurate than Iran's Shihab-class liquid-fuel missiles.
