U.S. Modernizes Jordanian Air Force

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has sought to modernize Jordan's
air force.
The Congressional Research Service said the administration of President
Barack Obama was transferring hundreds of millions of dollars to enhance
Jordan's air force. CRS said Washington's goal was to build a
Western-standard combat air fleet for the Hashemite kingdom.
