Hamas Agencies Cited For Torture

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Hamas security agencies have been accused of torturing
Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
Human Rights Watch has determined that the Hamas regime routinely
employed torture against dissidents and suspected collaborators of Israel.
