Israel Again Kept Out Of CI Forum

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Israel, with the acquiesence of the United States, has
again been excluded from a global counter-insurgency forum.
Officials acknowledged that Israel was banned from the next session of the U.S.-led Global
Counterterrorism Forum. The session has been scheduled to take place on Dec. 14 in the
United Arab Emirates, which does not maintain diplomatic relations with Israel.
