U.S. Completes Phase 1 Of PA Training

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- The United States has completed the first phase of
training Palestinian Authority security forces, a report said.
The Congressional Research Service said the State Department has
overseen the training of more than 6,000 PA security officers since 2008. In
a report, CRS said the training took place in neighboring Jordan and focused
on paramilitary and other skills.
