disputed claims of President Barack Obama, has determined that Al Qaida was
growing stronger in Africa and Asia.
The Defense Intelligence Agency, which represents the military and
Defense Department, has concluded that Al Qaida, although weaker in
Pakistan, was growing rapidly in such regions as the Gulf and North Africa.
