New Deputy Min. Controls Saudi Defense

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Saudi Arabia has promoted an unknown prince as chief of
the kingdom's defense establishment, a report said.
The Washington Institute for Near East Policy asserted that Deputy
Defense Minister Prince Fahd Bin Abdullah would become the de facto chief of
the Saudi defense establishment.
