Iran Targets Africa For Influence

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Iran has targeted Africa for naval base rights as well
as uranium, a report said.
The American Enterprise Institute said Iran has been trying to establish
a presence in many of Africa's 54 countries. The report, titled "Africa:
Iran's final frontier?" said Teheran regards Africa as a continent that
could easily be penetrated and eventually dominated.
