NATO Fears Rebel Collapse

LONDON [MENL] -- NATO, only months after awaiting the end of President
Bashar Assad, has concluded that Sunni rebels faced defeat in Syria.
Western intelligence sources said several intelligence agencies of NATO
allies, including Britain, France and Germany, have assessed that the Assad
regime reversed virtually all rebel gains over the last year.
