Oman-U.S. Mil Project Is Stuck

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- A U.S. military project with Oman has been delayed, a
report said.
The Congressional Research Service reported that an Omani project to
transfer U.S. equipment from the sultanate's international airport at Seeb
has been delayed for at least three years. In a report, CRS said the
project, part of an Omani-U.S. access agreement renewed in 2010, was mired
in such difficulties as budget and coordination with British military forces.
