Sisi Said To Seek Islamist Dictatorship

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Egypt's new military ruler envisions his
country as an Islamist dictatorship, a report said.
A leading U.S. analyst said Defense Minister Abdul Fatah Sisi, contrary
to his pledge to Washington, plans to rule Egypt for a long time. In a
report, Robert Springborg, the analyst, said Sisi, who led the military coup
against President Mohammed Morsi, envisions Egypt as becoming a society
driven by both Islam and militarism, similar to Pakistan.
