Russia Evacuates Ahead Of Attack

MOSCOW [MENL] -- Russia has decided to evacuate non-essential staffers ahead
of an expected U.S. air campaign against Syria.
Russian officials said the military has sent ships and aircraft to
evacuate staffers over the next few days. They said at least three ships
were heading toward Syria and expected to reach the port of Tartous by Sept.
13.
