Iran Misleads IAEA On Uranium
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Iran has been misleading the international community on
its uranium conversion program, a report said.
The Institute for Science and International Security asserted that the
Iranian Atomic Energy Organization misled the International Atomic Energy
Agency in the former's assertion that Teheran reduced its stockpile of
low-enriched uranium. On Sept. 12, the Iranian agency said the stockpile of
20 percent LEU declined from 240 to 140 kilograms.
