Egypt Unlikely To Defeat Ethiopia

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Egypt's military has been in decline and cannot stop
the construction of Ethiopia's controversial dam, a report said.
The Brookings Institution asserted that Egypt's military, despite heavy
U.S. support, could not match that of Ethiopia. In a report, Brookings said
Ethiopia has enhanced its military force and was prepared for any
regional conflict over the so-called Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
