AQI Forms Strategy In IED Strikes
WASHINGTON [MENL] -- Al Qaida, in what could be used in Syria, has
formulated a strategy in the use of car bombings in Iraq, a report said.
The Institute for the Study of War asserted that AQI has been conducting
a war in Iraq based on the use of massive car bombings. In a report, the
institute traced mass-casualty and multiple car bombings that took place
every two weeks to a month in Baghdad and other major Iraqi cities.
