Israel Military Shifts To Intel, BMD

TEL AVIV [MENL] -- Israel's military has launched a multi-year plan based on
enhanced intelligence and missile defense capabilities, a report said.
The Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Affairs asserted that Israel's
military reorganized its priorities that included intelligence, firepower,
active defense systems and cyber warfare. The center said the military plans
to downgrade the army's importance.
