Israeli System Wins U.S. Award

WASHINGTON [MENL] -- An Israeli defense system has won an international
award for innovation for the U.S. military.
Elbit Systems has won the annual award of the international consulting
firm Frost & Sullivan for the Israeli-origin Rugged Personal Digital
Assistant handheld computer. Elbit Systems of America, the U.S. subsidiary,
won the 2008 North American DoD C4ISR Product Innovation of the Year Award
that addressed the needs of the U.S. military.
