Al Qaida Uses Lebanon For Mideast Ops

ABU DHABI [MENL] -- Al Qaida has used Lebanon as a hub for operations
throughout the Middle East.
Lebanese security sources said the Al Qaida network in Lebanon planned
major attacks throughout the Arab world. The sources said the network
recruited operatives, relayed financing and orders for major strikes in the
Levant and Gulf.
