Greece, Russia Ready For IFV Deal

MOSCOW [MENL] -- Greece and Russia were said to be approaching a major
combat vehicle deal.
Officials said Greece has sought to purchase 1,000 combat vehicles from
Russia. They identified the platform as the advanced BMP-3M infantry
fighting vehicle, manufactured by Kurganmashzavod and meant for the Hellenic
Army and Navy.
