Saudis Award EADS Major Security Contract

LONDON [MENL] -- Saudi Arabia has awarded a European defense major a
multi-billion-dollar border security project.
The Saudi Interior Ministry has awarded a contract estimated at $2.3
billion to EADS Defence & Security. Under the award, announced by EADS on
July 1, the Paris-based company would install a security network over all
9,000 kilometers of the border of Saudi Arabia.
